Lexmark Cartridges in Vow/Kingfield Catalogue: Dear All, It has come to our attention that a number of Lexmark cartridges are missing from the Kingfield/Vow Product file for 2009 although they are still available from Vow.

When an item is no longer in the file Horizon will mark it as out of use, these cartridges are still in your system but are marked out of use

To find them select the "include out of use" tick box when searching

To correct them please find the item as above, and then on the stock card right click on the line in italics (you will need to tick the show out of use tick box) Select modify and then UNTICK out of use.

If Kingfield reissue their file then we will reload it on receipt.
