This will help you to identify the status of your tickets within our helpdesk

Under Invesitagtion

This ticket is currently being investiagted by the development team to identify the source of the problem

In Development

This ticket has been marked for development and will be available in the next release of Horizon

In Testing

This ticket, was previously marked as for development and the development work has been completed, it is now being tested by us to ensure it works correctly.

Beta editions of Horizon may be available for you to test also

On Enhancement Queue

This ticket has been marked as a development for a future release of Horizon, but not necessarily the next release, this status is being replaced by the feature requests forum and no new tickets are being added to this
