We were under the impression that there was a facility in Horizon to apply a discount code to an order which would apply the terms of the discount to that order.  So, for example, if a customer quoted DISC10, and we input this code on the order, a 10% discount would be applied.  We have currently 2 discount codes which have certain criteria (minimum order value plus some products excluded) & we are trying to find out if we have to manually calculate & apply the discounts.  The reports that Alan created for us today (Discount BTS1 & Discount BTS2)  do not take the exceptions of the discount offer into account.  If this is not a feature of Horizon, can you advise if this can be added as a feature to Horizon & if so, how long would that take?
