The contract wizard is a function that allows you to analyise a customer spend over a defined time frame
This will allow you to see how much of an item a customer is purchasing or not purchasing and to make changes to contracts based on that information
1. Select Wizard button
2. Select Yes to Create Wizard based on this Contract
1. Answer No to Change Deal Type
1. Enter the Number of Months you wish to Report on
2. Click Apply Spend to show details
The Wizard will then create a profile of the contract
1. Shows the Profit you have made on the item in the period defined
2. Show the number of items sold of the item in the period defined
3. Show the value of the sales you have made on the item in the period defined
You can sort any of these columns,
In this case we have sorted by highest sales value
1.In this case I have sorted the columns by lowest value first
2. You can adjust the price of any of the items, perhaps to reduce them to make the price competitive
1. After Adjusting the pricing I may want to create a new contract to reflect the new pricing
2. Press Contract to Create a new contract based on the pricing in the wizard
1. Answer No to Change Deal Type and a new contract is created based on the Wizards Pricing
