Auto Distribution of Catalogues

Horizon will automatically add a catalogue to a sales order for distribution to customers

Create a Catalogue Code

Create a Product code such as the example above

It would be useful to add in an accurate count of your catalogues into the current stock level, Box 1

1. On the main tool bar select Catalogues

2. Rightclick on the Catalogue you are distributing to your customers

1. Select Auto Distribute

2. Using the search box (...) find your catalogue product code

3. Select OK to save

Horizon will now add CAT2011 to the each sales order as they come in, the customer will get one copy by default, you may want to increase this quantity or delete the item entirely where the order is a Pick Wrap and Label order by the wholesaler
