Comparing Current Catalogue to Previous Catalogue

This lesson allows you to compare your current wholesaler catalogue to the previous wholesaler catalogue

1. Click on Catalogues

2. Click on Public (if not defaulted to this location)

3. Right click on the Catalogue you wish to compare

4. Select Analyse

In the screen you can search for the changed items between catalogues

A: Pack, will show pack size changes

B: Matrix, will show changes in Matrix Letters

C: Colour, will show changes in the Colour Codes in the Catalogue

D: discontinued, will show items which have been discontinued in the current catalogue

E: New Items, will show new items added to current catalogue

In the screen you can search for the changed items between catalogues

A: Cost, you will enter the percentage difference between cost prices, e.g. enter 5 to show all products where the prices have changed by 5% or more

B: Price , you will enter the percentage difference between selling prices, e.g. enter 10 to show all products where the prices have changed by 10% or more

Example 1: Show all items where cost price has changes by more than 5%

1. Tick on Cost

2. Enter Percentage Difference

3. Select Search

4. Compare Items

Example 2: Show Products with Changed Pack Sizes

1. Tick Pack

2. Press Search

3. Compare items

Example 3: Show items with changed Selling Prices & Matrix Letter (mix & match)

You can compare more than one attribute change, in this example we are looking at where the price & matrix letters have changed

1. Select Matrix

2. Tick Price

3. Enter in Value for price difference

4. Press Search

5. Compare Items
