Due to unprecedented levels of orders we are currently seeing you may experiencing a slower than anticipated transmission of orders via EDI or our online store. Please be reassured that the orders are being processed however this is taking slightly longer than usual.
 
If the dealer has any concerns regarding the order they are advised to either place the orders throughout the day to allow for a longer processing time or to phone or fax your order to our Sales and Service centre.
 
It is our priority to ensure all orders are processed and delivered in and efficient manner, therefore if they have any questions or concerns please speak to their account manager or Regional Director.
